Pistachio and Lemon cake

A tasty mix of pistachios with fresh lemon, makes this cake slightly less sweet, but altogether very delicious. The cake is topped with a zesty lemon icing. Approx weight 350g.

Ingredients: Potato flour, unrefined sugar, free range eggs, pistachio (nuts) sunflower oil, fresh lemon zest, baking powder, xanthum gum.
