Are your products made in a gluten and wheat free bakery?

We are a 100% dedicated Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Wheat Free, Vegetarian Bakery.

All our deliveries are prepared to order. We send out within 48 hours. 

On what days do you send out your deliveries?

Monday to Thursday. We do not dispatch our deliveries on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

We deliver by Overnight Courier (1-2 days) or Royal Mail 1st class for Letterbox Brownies.
Letterbox Brownies £4.50.
Courier Tracked & Signed for (1-2 Days if ordered before 10am) £7.95 

Are your products Halal or Kosher?
All our products are Halal friendly and Kosher certified (KLBD).

Can I order for a Corporate Event, Wedding or Party?

Do you have any Allergens in your products?
You will find a list of all ingredients together with any allergens on each product page.

Do you handle nuts?
We do not handle PEANUTS.
We DO handle other nuts including Almonds, Pistachios, Pecans and Hazelnuts.

I am allergic to Oats. Do you use Oats in any products?
No, we do not use any Oats (even those claiming to be gluten free) in the Bakery.

What is the shelf life of your Products?
Our Brownies and Doughnuts are best eaten before 9 days, and our Cakes are best eaten before 9 or 10 days depending on the flavour. Biscuits are best eaten before 28 days.

I have seen other products that Pourtoi make, can I order them as well?
We will be offering new products from the Pourtoi range in the near future, but for now we are just offering what is shown. However, it may just be possible, so please do contact us and ask . We only show products that will travel well on this website, more delicate products have to be collected from our bakery in North West London.
